i have been going to this provider for over 5 yrs. my last visit rhe treated me like i did something wrong or a druggie. i left there feeling like i am not sure what to do. i pay for my insurance and they make me take a drug test before i can be seen. i do not ever want to wait three months gor my appt just to be treated like crap. customer service and integrity was not there that day.

He was not helpful. He told me they (spine doctors) are not in the business of hunting down the reason for every pinched nerve. And that my pain is all in my head and if I stop taking pain medication the pain will go away. I thought that was very rude and that he didn't show any respect for my problem. It is real pain which I am trying to get help with, not something made up that will just go away.

My recent visit with a nurse practitioner was a follow up to a recent injection I received from Dr DeMicco who I see for pain management. Dr. DeMicco is excellent, but unfortunately my visit with Joe left a lot of unanswered questions. I do not want to see him again.

Originally set my appt. up in early march for april with Dr. Budzbanowska and even got my papers and info. in the mail for appt. on April 23. 3 days before my appt. I called to ask a question regarding what to bring and what was sent. Immediately was told I had no appt. that the dr. was on medical leave until whenever. I told her I have an appt. and it was set up early march and I even got my info. in the mail. She said I did not have one. Connected me with someone at the main campus that said staff called patients and told them about the dr. not being there to reschedule. I informed her no one ever called me or left a message. I am home everyday because of health issues, caller ID and can look at telephone records and no one called from the clinic to let me know. I was very upset over this. Waited for way over a month and was prepared, husband scheduled work off and had no idea about the cancelation. Spoke with 4 different female staff members trying to set appt. up. I did not understand why I couldn't keep my first appt. and just saw the n. p. that we had to be set up with the following month. Made no sense. He works along side her so what was the difference? I rescheduled 3 appt.'s for the 1st visit so I could get in sooner. Second time around I had to reschedule other appt.'s so I could still get in sooner. It was very stressful for me because of my health issues I live with daily. Lack of communication with scheduling. I even spoke with someone after I got my first paperwork and they never said it cancelled. We were glad we made it and had the appt. He was very nice, we liked him very much. Thank you for listening it means a lot to me. I'd still come again.

The complaint that I have is; waiting in the exam room without staff alerting you that the provider is running late.

I have never had a bad or unpleasant experience with the staff at the check-out area. They are always cheerful and do their best to get the best future appointments as possible. It really helps with the "having to go to the doctor" experience.

Provider had impressive knowledge of the disease process, of the appropriate testing, and of all the risks and benefits of the options for treatment. It was easy to trust him because of this, plus the fact that he listened with a very open mind to my individual concerns. He knew both the scientific facts plus the all the holistic elements that help eliminate symptoms. I felt assured he was the best Clinician to help me.

SUPER DOCTOR!! You can tell he loves what he does. The BEST exam I have ever gotten. He listened to me, asked questions. We didn't feel rushed in the process.

Sorry Joe...but I was waiting for the results that you said you would email me and I never received. How can I follow up with the therapy you suggested if I don't know?
