Cleveland Clinic publicly discloses the names of companies when (i) its physicians/scientists receive $5,000 or more per year (or, in rare cases, equity or stock options) for speaking and consulting, (ii) its physicians/scientists serve as a fiduciary, (iii) its physicians/scientists receive or have the right to receive royalties or (iv) its physicians/ scientists hold any equity interest for the physician's/scientist's role as inventor, discoverer, developer, founder or consultant.* In publicly disclosing this information, Cleveland Clinic tries to provide information as accurately as possible about its physicians' and scientists' connections with industry.

Dr Dassel and I go way back! I have seen him for my Endo for a long time even before he was at Cleveland Clinic! He is Amazing!!!! I can't ask for a better Dr to take care of my Endo! His knowledge of Endo is unexplainable! He is so smart! He always includes me in the decisions he makes about my Endo. He is so Empathetic, caring, and compassionate. He spends good quality time with you so you feel you are getting that great care. He doesn't rush his patients. If you have Endo, look no further for a different Doctor! Dr Dassel will fight for you!!! But, he usually runs late! so if you are okay with that then! He is your guy!

Dr Dassel was very kind and courteous. Treatment of my chronic pelvic pain has been complicated. Dr Dassel encouraged me to try various procedures in hope that something would work. It's been 4 yrs since the pelvic pain started. Finally, I'm finding consistent improvement in treating my condition. Dr Dassel supported my idea for trying different treatment options and medications. It was very encouraging to have him listen, offer advise, and assure me that he is available should I need additional assistance in the future. I felt comfortable discussing my health issues. He's a very caring and kind person.

Dr. Dassel's expertise and customer service is top-notch. I have seen several specialists over the past year. out of all of them, he has been the one to provide me with an accurate diagnosis and assist me on my road to recovery. I have already recommended him to several individuals.

I saw Dr. Dassel for chronic pelvic pain with a prior history of endometriosis and pelvic floor disorder. Dr. Dassel took a very thorough history and took his time with me. I wish all doctors still did this. He also did a good job explaining his plans for ruling out any other secondary causes of my chronic pelvic pain and his possible treatment plans for the most likely diagnosis. I liked that he actually looked at a multimodal approach including medications, therapy, and procedures. While I am still very hesitant as to whether or not Dr. Dassel will be able to help me get back to a more normal lifestyle (prior experience of physicians not willing or being able to help me), I felt like he had a well thought out plan for diagnosis and treatment at the end of the visit.

Dr. Dassel is the best of the best. He takes the time to listen. I never leave an appointment feeling like I was not able to have all my questions answered. Dr. Dassel truly cares about his patients quality of life and provides excellent care. Pelvic Pain is often difficult to discuss but I feel completely comfortable speaking to any concerns I have. Cleveland Clinic is lucky to have him as a provider and I would strongly encourage anyone struggling with pelvic pain to seek care from his office.
