Dr. Fine is a very compassionate doctor. He listens, he's kind, and above all suggests options for my particular medical situation with my ear. His popularity sometimes makes it difficult to get a timely appointment, but I understand that when I call. My situation is not exactly an emergency, and I'm clear about that when I call. So overall, I feel that they do a good job. His staff is very professional and courteous.

Dr. Fine is the best. I had seen a couple ENT doctors before coming to Dr. Fine about my tinnitus (they immediately said it must be hearing loss and there was nothing I could do- no course of action or recommendations to manage it). I came to Dr. Fine with a full page of questions and he took the time to show me a diagram of an ear, explain why it might be happening, and recommend a course of action to rule out serious problems and help me manage my tinnitus. He was a great listener, caring, and an expert on the subject. I have an action plan now and that has helped immensely.

one of the best physicians I ever dealt with. Totally explained things in a manner equal to my ability ( he didn't speak down to me....he treated me as a knowledgeable patient). Great personality (in my opinion, secondary to physician skill and knowledge, it still important). Respected my decisions regarding level of pharmaceutical treatment.

Dr. Fine's medical assistant took us to the exam room only a few minutes after arriving. She then took my history. When she was done, it was only four or five minutes and Dr. Fine was there. He examined me and discussed my health issues. He was detail-oriented and explained things thoroughly. He had a wonderful, warm bedside manner. There were some orders he wanted me to hand carry, so he told me to wait a few minutes for his assistant to get them ready. A few minutes later, she was in the exam room with the orders and we were ready to go out the door. The whole experience -- from the welcoming receptionist to the personable medical assistant to the warm doctor -- it was wonderful. Your scale is 0 to 10, I wish I could give them all a 20!! I have already referred my mother to him for care -- and she has scheduled. Dr. Fine and his team are keepers. I will be going back again.
