doctor took time to explain a somewhat complicated treatment plan that worked out very well

Doctor is very conceited and talks down to you. He acts like you are stupid for any questions you ask as if you are dumb for asking the questions. He believes he knows something and then turns around and says no doctor knows what he just said he was confident in because there is very little known about the condition.

Katie was especially helpful setting up future appointments in several locations.

Dr Knackstedt was terrific. Listened and answered allquestions thoroughly. Great bedside manner.

Reviewed on Feb 23, 2017

Dr. Knackstedt did not listen to what I had said regarding medications and then asked questions that I previously answered or mentioned later in the appointment. We eventually got to the root of the problem and figured it out, but he initially suggested medications I had already mentioned taking and we talked in circles for a while.
