Anne is my favorite provider to see. She takes her time and is extremely thorough. She cares about her patients as people and not just as patients. I wish all providers were as good as her.

as soon as the care provider walked into the room she said, "ok, we've got 30 minutes." The visit felt rushed, she was more focused on inputting data into the computer than hearing my concerns. I could also see that she had no previous recollection of me as a patient and was quickly scanning my digital file for info. My husband was reprimanded for sharing his input on my symptoms, and was told he could not answer for me. He remained silent the rest of the visit. may I add that I did not meet with my Doctor this visit because he was not available, but met with his nurse who is helping with his caseload. She gave me one plan of action then left a message for me the next morning that the Dr. wanted me on something else. I called back to discuss and have now waited 4 days for follow up, my flare continues to worsen and I have no meds. The secretary in that department should be applauded for her hard work. I'm sure her call load is somewhat increased by patients having to make several calls just to reach their provider. Somehow she manages to juggle the workload and still remain calm and caring over the phone.
