Provider is very good

That's who my appt. was with, Dr. Vidimos's nurse practitioner (Ann) and she was excellent. Her knowledge, interest, and advice were exactly what I expect when visiting the CCF. I was very impressed and I would recommend her to anyone hands down.

Provider needs to listen more and not cast judgement.

I waited less than 5 minutes to going to exam room, Dr. was in exam room within 5 minutes.

Nurse practitioner was very rushed, did not explain treatment plan thoroughly including prescribed medication. She offered no other treatment options. Alarmed me by stating bluntly what condition my son had without explaining what it actually was. prescribed medication and didn't say how much things would improve and when we could expect to see results. She seemed very inconvenienced by our comments or questions. Upon exiting, we were able to ask the nurse about the prescribed medication and possible side effects. I have had wonderful experiences with numerous Cleveland Clinic physicians, but this was a very disappointing experience. We will not return to this provider and cannot recommend her at all.

Elizabeth Ann Raines CNP is an amazing provider. These are the types of people you want within the CCF family of providers. She is very personable, and intelligent. She shows empathy, and gives very clear instructions. I am very thankful I was able to see her for my issue.

I was prescribed a cream medication for pre-cancer skin spots 6 months prior. The side effects were not explained and when I did my own research, I was too nervous to use it. I waited until my next 6 month appointment to ask more about it. I still didn't feel like I received a thorough description of the possible side effects. However, she did a nice job of explaining how to apply the cream.
