My appointments with Dr Hendrickson have always been honest, informative, and sympathetic to the concerns of my health.he is probably one of the best physicians I have seen at the clinic. I feel very fortunate to have him in my health care program.

Reviewed on Sep 17, 2018

Dr. Hendrickson could not have been better. He took my problem seriously (2 previous providers within several previous weeks did not take it seriously!) He got me in promptly after Dr. A. Abelson's office contacted him. He & his CNP made sure the MRI was done promptly. I had surgery to remove the lesion on my hand 4 days later. I am extremely grateful for his care.

Reviewed on Sep 17, 2018

In fact, I was referred to Dr. Hendrickson by Dr. A. Abelson for a lesion on my index finger. Dr. Hendrickson saw me shortly after his normal hours because he knew I was coming from a distance. I had no wait at all.

Reviewed on Sep 17, 2018

Dr. Hendrickson's CNP (Anne Tyler) was very helpful in arranging a follow up MRI immediately after my visit.

Reviewed on Aug 31, 2018

Following my surgery, Dr. Hendrickson gave me his cell phone number; I was able to text him and send him a photo of my finger when I was worried about my progress. He was readily available and brought me in whenever I expressed concern about my progress.

Reviewed on Aug 15, 2018

I arrived 2 hours early because I was in-between appointments and I had every expectation to wait. Instead, the doc saw me early and gave my case the proper time and attention.

dr hendrickson is one of the best doctors at the clinic. I have seen him several times since 2000 for various issues with my hands. always treats me like a person not a name on a chart. the major issue at cleveland clinic is the time it takes to get an appointment.

Dr Hendrickson is one of the best and most knowledgeable doctors that I've ever met, in addition of his caring and respectable personality . very rare combination in these days. No word can express my appreciation for his true caring nature as a doctor.

*Dr. Hendrickson - the BEST!

Reviewed on May 18, 2018

I had a serious problem. I called Dr Hendrickson personally. He returned my call and arranged to have me seen as soon as I could get there. He is an exceptional physician. He and his team facilitated imaging scheduling . I got my MRI the same day. I had a follow up appointment within 2 days. I was referred to the spine institute at my follow up visit. Dr Hendrickson arranged an appointment for me to be seen the same day. His follow up care is excellent.

Reviewed on May 18, 2018

this was one of my best experiences with the Clinic and I think it was all because of Dr Hendrickson. When I try to contact my PCP it is never this simple.

Reviewed on May 18, 2018

I understand that Dr. Hendrickson is very busy and his appointments can be complicated...I have been his patient for several years and my daughter was before me...he is fantastic is all areas. Someone in the dept should advise me that he was running late...I sat in the waiting room for close to an hour with no comment from anyone.

Reviewed on Apr 23, 2018

My recent experiences with seeing Dr. Hendrickson were coordinated with therapy appointments. The hand therapy department in the Crile Building runs like clockwork and works very closely with Dr. H.'s office.

Reviewed on Apr 18, 2018

I sat in the waiting room over an hour past my appointment time and then another 30 minutes in the examination room waiting for someone to come in. Nobody ever came in to let me know that the doctor was way behind schedule.

Reviewed on Apr 16, 2018
