Cleveland Clinic physicians and scientists may collaborate with the pharmaceutical or medical device industries to help develop medical breakthroughs or provide medical expertise or education. Cleveland Clinic strives to make scientific advances that will benefit patient care and support outside relationships that promise public benefit. In order for the discoveries of Cleveland Clinic physicians' and scientists' laboratories and investigations to benefit the public, these discoveries must be commercialized in partnership with industry. I had a serious problem. I called Dr Hendrickson personally. He returned my call and arranged to have me seen as soon as I could get there. He is an exceptional physician. He and his team facilitated imaging scheduling . I got my MRI the same day. I had a follow up appointment within 2 days. I was referred to the spine institute at my follow up visit. Dr Hendrickson arranged an appointment for me to be seen the same day. His follow up care is excellent.

this was one of my best experiences with the Clinic and I think it was all because of Dr Hendrickson. When I try to contact my PCP it is never this simple.

Reviewed on May 18, 2018

I understand that Dr. Hendrickson is very busy and his appointments can be complicated...I have been his patient for several years and my daughter was before me...he is fantastic is all areas. Someone in the dept should advise me that he was running late...I sat in the waiting room for close to an hour with no comment from anyone.

My recent experiences with seeing Dr. Hendrickson were coordinated with therapy appointments. The hand therapy department in the Crile Building runs like clockwork and works very closely with Dr. H.'s office.

Reviewed on Apr 18, 2018

I sat in the waiting room over an hour past my appointment time and then another 30 minutes in the examination room waiting for someone to come in. Nobody ever came in to let me know that the doctor was way behind schedule.

Reviewed on Apr 16, 2018

this doctor and his staff are the best understanding and very caring about your feelings

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2018

Wait time was extremely long. Waited an hour and 10 minutes before being seen. Actual time with the doctor was very short. Seemed to be in a rush every visit.

Reviewed on Jan 17, 2018

Dr Hendrickson proovided a phone number to text if it became impossible to obtain appointments. It was a life saver to be able to text about this problem!

Reviewed on Jan 15, 2018

This doctor is always caring and very understanding to all my needs.

Reviewed on Jan 10, 2018

I'm not taking any medications and no longer need follow up care but he gave me phone numbers in case anything comes up

Reviewed on Jan 5, 2018

Dr. Hendrickson was VERY knowledgeable and thorough.

Reviewed on Oct 4, 2017

he took care of my needs and was very understanding

Reviewed on Oct 2, 2017

The doctor was very clear on what I needed to do.

Reviewed on Jun 21, 2017

The doctor was obviously rushed due to the number of appointments that had been scheduled and the fact that they were running late.
