Functional Medicine department is very busy, yet my provider, Jenifer, delivered a lot of information in our time together

Provider is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable.

I feel quite disregarded with this provider. There is not enough time to cover information. I am expected to listen, not ask questions or provide much information. She has her format and I am expected to follow it. If I ask questions I am told the information will be provide in the AVS. If I ask questions after reading the information in the AVS, I am told that information was provided in the AVS. She did attempt to elaborate a bit more but the comment was unnecessary and condescending, in my opinion. I would have appreciated references to material I could read to understand the condition she is providing treatment for. I would like to know why she made the recommendations she did. I end up talking to other providers I work with to explain things to me. While I agree with her treatment plan, I don't feel respected or that there is concern for my input.
