I have been battling doctors and specialists near my home for close to 10 years, in an attempt to find out what is wrong with me. in most cases, I was disregarded and my situation was treated with zero urgency. I was defeated and at the end of my rope. Once I was referred to Dr. Willis at the Cleveland Clinic, I found hope again. My concerns weren't disregarded and I was treated with kindness and compassion, from everyone that I encountered. From that day, I decided that I will never seek medical treatment anywhere but the Cleveland Clinic. Your entire staff, from the Neuroligist, to the parking attendants are top notch. everywhere I go, someone on staff is asking if I need help or assistance. I am absolutely amazed by the CC and can't say enough good things.

Dr. Willis is truly the most amazing doctor that I have ever come come across. She is intelligent, caring and compassionate. She spent about am hour with me just listening and asking questions, and explaining things. when I thought that we were finished, she went back to my symptoms, just to make sure that there wasnt anything that I was missing. She advised me to reach out if I had any questions or concerns. The next day, when I did have a question....she actually responded! I have been dealing with doctors for close to 10 years in a quest to find out what is causing me to feel so horrible. I have been disregarded and left to feel crazy or dramatic from almost all others. Dr. Willis gave validation to my concerns. I felt assured that she would take care of me and I would not fall through the cracks again. Although I may be facing a very scary prognosis, my stress and anxiety have been decreased tremendously just knowing that Dr. Willis is in charge, and that I am in the care of the Cleveland Clinic. I truly can't put words to how impressed I am with the Cleveland Clinic. For years, I saw the worst. Now I know what the best looks like.
