All my positive assessments are based on the assumption of patient/provider trust. The patient is at a significant disadvantage in terms of access to knowledge and information. The provider's decision-making process is a black box for the patient. So, I simply have to trust that my provider is a competent and caring professional. Dr. Harb inspires such trust.
