The urologist was a very knowledgeable, down to Earth, professional and kind over all. I felt like I was right at home and that my child, a teenager was safe in her hands and that her expertise would help us to determine his health needs. The doctor spoke as not only a professional woman but also from a mother's nurturing prospective as well as a teacher. There were things that my son and I were on the same page that it was ok for me to not know and he was very comfortable with speaking to and learning from the doctor and I was able to hear the necessities and was well informed on steps to take if indeed we were to have another issue. I appreciate her for making our visit as comfortable as possible and educating us and for being very family oriented in her approach.

I was amazed by the doctor as she took care to explain in minute detail what to look out for and how to proceed should an emergency arise again. The Urology doctor was so pleasant as her nurturing spirit was as equally as strong as her medical knowledge. My son and I felt relieved to be in her care because she spoke as a teacher would in educating us and made us feel well taken care of. I'd absolutely recommend family and friends to come to this location for medical appointments. She also told us about the ease of the process of making future appointments or even checking our medical history information by utilizing the technology in place for parents and clients alike. I plan to schedule my next appointment with Cleveland Clinic when needed. Also, I enjoy the waterfall that greets the guest as we enter. It's a beautiful touch and placed me in a more relaxed mood before our exam and definitely eased any anxiety I held concerning my son's well being.

There were some concerns with our son's kidneys in-utero so we had a consultation prior to his birth to get a plan in place. Dr. Rhee took the time to explain possibilities, and educate us. She was compassionate and we felt had excellent bedside manor. We were followed up after Caleb was born and she continued to take the time to review results and made it clear she truly cares for each patient and outcome. We received the best news possible that we no longer need Dr. Rhee, but I would absolutely recommend to anyone who does.
