Reviewed on Jul 5, 2018

centralized scheduling made making the initial appointment difficult, at first I was told I couldn't see this provider.

Reviewed on Jul 5, 2018

Making appointments (across the board) at the Cleveland Clinic is problematic. With this specific appointment, a resident helped to schedule my appointment after surgery, which expedited things. In the past though, calling the appointment line is like being water boarded. The customer service is horrible and they never seem to know whether a provider is available or it takes months to get in. I am not from the area and make travel arrangements to fly into town. When the appointment gets cancelled, it creates problems with my work and travel schedule.

Reviewed on Jun 27, 2018

love Dr. and her staff

Reviewed on Jun 27, 2018

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Each provider was extremely knowledgeable of my medical history and care plan moving forward.

Reviewed on Jun 13, 2018

Dr. Moriera is usually very nice but was more terse and distracted at my last two appointments with her.
