Lori K. Posk MD FACP is Medical Director for MyChart the Cleveland Clinic’s Personal Patient Portal. She also serves as a Medical Director for the Clinical System Office. She is Associate Staff in the Department of Internal Medicine at the Twinsburg Family Health Center. She is Assistant Professor of Medicine and has faculty appointment in the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine of Case Western Reserve University. Her specialty interest include geriatrics and preventive medicine.
Dr. Posk is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She earned her medical degree from Michigan State University in East Lansing, Mich., and completed her internship and residency in Internal medicine at the Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Ohio.
She has been recognized as “ Top Doctor” as well as well as Distinguished Educator. She is a member of the American College of Physicians and the American Medical Association.

Dr Posk is exceptionally kind and compassionate, and in only a few visits I trust in her compassion, integrity and knowledge. Where there are questions, she seeks answers. Where other providers are involved, she seeks their input. I respect her.
