Patricia Delzell, MD is a radiologist in the Musculoskeletal Section at Cleveland Clinic’s Main Campus and is Director of Musculoskeletal Ultrasound. She was appointed in 2013. She is board-certified in diagnostic radiology by the American Board of Radiology. She has completed fellowships in the fields of Cross Sectional Imaging and Integrative Medicine. Her specialty interests include musculoskeletal ultrasound, particularly imaging of musculoskeletal scar and nerve entrapments.

Dr Delzell has practiced in both private practice and academic medicine. In addition to her dedication to her practice, she established a comprehensive fellows training program for both radiologic and sports medicine fellows at the Cleveland Clinic. She continually hones her skills as a practitioner of seeking educational opportunities with elite internationally-recognized programs. She travels extensively, lecturing nationally and internationally. Her expertise is regularly requested as a presenter at conferences in her respected field. She has authored /co-authored several research articles that have been published in peer-reviewed medical journals.

Dr Delzell graduated Magna Cum Laude from Wellesley College and earned a medical degree from Case Western Reserve University in 1993. She continued her medical training with a residency at the Cleveland Clinic. During her Fellowship in cross-sectional imaging at Brown University/ Rhode Island Hospital, in providence Rhode Island, she was awarded the honorable designation of Chief Fellow.
