My experience at Cleveland Clinic was excellent, considering Health Care today. Would certainly recommend your facility # 1. Hope you are able to continue your ability to sustain your reputation and excellent care. My special thanks to Dr. Tchou

Dr Tchou & his staff are very efficient, wonderful about listening to and answering my questions and the best medical team I have been involved with.

EKG appt was ahead of schedule, remote check technician was ahead of schedule & spent a considerable amount discussing the coming year for my medical needs and Dr Tchou was a little behind schedule but not really too late. Even though he was behind schedule he did not make me feel rushed in anyway. We thoroughly discussed my current status and future heart health. Dr Tchou is always pleasant & makes me feel very well looked after seeing him

Reviewed on Aug 27, 2018

I arrived one hour early for an EKG, and left two hours after the appointment with Dr Tchou was scheduled to start. I understand that Dr Tchou is very busy and I know (from personal experience) that he gives his patients the time they need, so I do not give lack of punctuality any importance in this case.

I was told immediately that Dr. Tchou was running a little behind and that was true, but he spent all the needed time with me that I have gotten from him during the past 20years.

Nothing real bad, I had to wait longer to see Dr. Tchou than I have in previous appointments. Time is not a problem for me so I wasn't too concerned about the wait time.

I had to wait 3 weeks for an appointment because your finance department never got back to me saying my insurance had been approved. Then, upon arrival, I had to wait 1 1/2 hours in the small exam room for my doctor to arrive.

I have to wait 5 months to get my ablation. Provider is too backed up.

Reviewed on May 29, 2018

The nurse reported to the MD that we were not late...We did speak with the MD about this but also discussed the difficulty with the last two appointments being scheduled. Drs. Tchou and Faulx emailed each other and before we left, we had our next appointment scheduled. IT was greatly appreciated..
