Good experience with nurse and doctor. It took awhile to see the doctor but it was a good experience. I have recommended him to my daughter and husband...

Reviewed on Jul 1, 2019

The doctor was quick, very professional and even a little funny.

the dr fished a piece of dust out from under my eyelid that another doc wasn't able to find. he was quick and efficient and gave my eye huge relief!

As always the Dr.s are running behind, but the wait wasn't to bad.

Overall start to finish a good experience both with the nurse/assistant and doctor.

Dr Kosmorsky is thorough and highly experienced. He is easy to understand and empathetic. Excellent physician!

When finally seen by the doctor he seemed irritated. I was also frustrated with my wait but didn't make mention to him about it. he offered no comfort to my concern of sudden vision change. nor the twitching I explained was happening. It bothered me so much that I left in tears. I have never experienced so little help, concern, and clear disregard from a doctor.

Boris Komrovsky , MD is a remarkable physician. No others are fit to walk in his shadow. Many years ago, prior to his being with the Clinic he had a thriving private practice. He saved my eyesight. He is so considerate that I can state without reservation; if one had a serious issue one should mortgage one's house to procure the services of Boris Komrovsky, MD

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2019

I have tried to contact the Dr. for three days about a issue with the medication he prescribed and have not had any communications from him for three days.

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2019

Doctor did not introduce himself when entering room (first time meeting him), which threw me off. Was kind and gentle but didn't do much explaining of diagnosis or recommendations, no discussion of expected course. I would come back but will need to be more forthcoming in requesting further discussion from this doctor.

Reviewed on Mar 28, 2019

Not sure I would recommend physician yes/no (neutral) but already recommended clinic itself to husband over his current provider. Overall clinic experience was very good.

Reviewed on Mar 27, 2019

Doctor seemed uninterested in me as if he wanted to get to lunch or a break more.

Reviewed on Mar 27, 2019

Dr. Boris was wonderful. He got right to the issue and helped resolve things. Best ophthalmologist I have seen at the Clinic!

Reviewed on Mar 25, 2019

The doctor was quick and fair. I'm sure he is good at what he does which is what you want. However, he did not make you feel like he was open to questions or discussing issues. My husband had asked him about something he was concerned with about my eyes and the doctor told him that was not what we were here for. Probably a knowledgeable doctor not great bedside manners.

Reviewed on Mar 25, 2019

I was moved rooms because the doctor found it more convenient for his needs. He was complaining to nurse outside the hallway after she preformed initial exam and put numbing drops in my eyes. Apparently there was something more appealing in that room. The rooms by the way were exactly the same.

i have confidence in this provider's knowledge and expertise. he and his staff were polite and professional. You should consuder an optical shop but I understand why it wouldn't be feasible with so many convenient locations.

Dr. Komrovsky is always very attentive to me and my needs and keep me well informed about the condition of my eyes. Always very gentle and understanding.Takes his time with me and doesn't rush me through like I am just another number.

I've never been so disappointed in a doctor and I have been to many. I was completely disregarded by him. He would barely speak to me and when he did he was extremely rude. My issue was dismissed and misdiagnosed considering he barely took the time to look and clearly didn't care. I left the appointment in tears and a very bad impression. I will never tell anyone to go to the eye center in case they might have to trust something as important as their eyes with this man. His carelessness and unprofessionalism is unmatched by anyone I've come across this far. I traveled over 3 hours for help that I desperately needed and to be completely disregarded was heartbreaking for me. It is a good thing that I went to an ophthalmologist that cared enough to use the correct equipment and look at the correct places in my eye so I could actually get help, because help and even conversation about it was not offered to me there. Truly a disappointing experience all around. The rudeness that he showed towards staff and other patients, as well as my husband who he didn't even acknowledge was there was completely uncalled for and unprofessional and I felt very sorry for the doctor shadowing him. I'm disgusted and have told many people to stay away from the Crile center because of him.

Reviewed on Jan 21, 2019

I kept being moved from room to room and it was confusing because there was a lack of communication, but I would never recommend this center to anyone like I said, just in case they had the unfortunate luck that I did by getting Boris as their doctor. No one should have to feel as hopeless as I did when I left. it's my eyesight, it's a huge deal to me. maybe it's not to him because his eyes are fine but I am fighting something that has taken my eyes from me for over 40 days and to be treated that way just shocked me. I don't know why he is there when he doesn't even want to look for the issue or help. Or even speak to the patient for that matter.

first time to this doctor. did not introduce himself. had no concern for my problem from last year. will not go back to him.

Reviewed on Dec 28, 2018

Overall this was a negative experience with the doctor. He was very cold, unfriendly and didn't seem to appreciate that I asked questions. I had been dealing with ongoing eye problems for more than one year, and at my first visit with this doctor he didn't show any interest in hearing about what has happened in the past. I was very surprised, frustrated and disappointed with this visit. While the medication prescribed is helping to clear the problem, I have no confidence that it won't return, as the doctor didn't seem interested at all in my history.

Reviewed on Dec 28, 2018

My appointment was for 12:30pm. I was taken to a room for an initial exam by a practitioner, then told to wait in another room where there were 3 other patients already waiting. While in that waiting area, the doctor arrived to the office, carrying his lab coat. I didn't get to see the doctor until one hour past my appointment time. At no time did anyone on staff advise of the delay or offer any explanation, including the doctor when he walked into the room for my appointment. I find that very disrespectful of a patient's time.

Reviewed on Nov 8, 2018

Provider was very curt and did not try to engage with me. He did not introduce himself and this was the first time I was seeing this provider. He did not seem to care about any questions I had nor did he try to make me feel comfortable with the exam, which I was nervous about. I will not return to see him for routine eye exams and will not recommend him to family or friends. Very disappointed with his disposition.
