In 2017, pediatric primary care offices participated in Strengthening Teams in the Advance Management of Populations (STAMP) training to enhance team-based care. STAMP emphasizes the roles and responsibilities of all care team members in providing high quality care. This effort boosted the childhood immunization series rate from 58.8% to 62% in 1 year, resulting in 568 more children in the community being completely immunized. In 2018, with continued participation in the STAMP program, the Combo 10 immunization rate reached 64.2%.
