Free COVID-19 self-test kits available at select Cleveland Clinic pharmacies
Cleveland Clinic community pharmacies in Northeast Ohio have self-testing kits available free of charge for symptomatic or asymptomatic patients over the age of two.
These self-test kits can be picked up over the counter by speaking to a member of the pharmacy team. Patients and caregivers are able to receive one kit per family member in their household while supplies last.

Remember, all caregivers who believe they have COVID-19 symptoms or have been exposed, should call the Cleveland Clinic Caregiver COVID-19 Hotline at 216.445.8246 to speak with Occupational Health.
Please note: Cleveland Clinic’s Specialty, Home Delivery, Adherence and Infusion pharmacies are not involved in the distribution of these kits
