Main campus tent extended through Dec. 6

Caregivers can receive a Moderna or Pfizer COVID-19 booster at the main campus tent located between E. 89th Street and Bunts Auditorium. The tent is open Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. through Monday, Dec. 6. No appointment is necessary, walk-ins are welcome and both Moderna and Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine products are available.

Individuals can receive their first or second dose of the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine in addition to booster doses at the main campus tent. Moderna is available for boosters only. No appointment necessary, but be sure to complete all information in ReadySet in advance, details below.

Tent closure for Thanksgiving holiday

The main campus vaccine tent will be closed Thursday, Nov. 25 and Friday, Nov. 26 for the Thanksgiving holiday. The last day to receive a COVID-19 vaccine or booster at the tent is now Monday, Dec. 6.

Speak up if you are immunocompromised

Occupational Health will not ask a caregiver if a caregiver is immunosuppressed or immunocompromised. For caregivers who have compromised immune systems and wish to receive a third dose of Moderna to complete their initial series, please alert the individual administering your vaccine as the dose is different. Moderna immunocompromised third dose is 100 mcg whereas Moderna booster dose is 50 mcg.

Pfizer is the same amount for all doses in the primary series as well as boosters.

Complete before you go

Prior to visiting the tent, caregivers should complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Survey in ReadySet. If your information is not accurate in ReadySet, you can email a photo of your Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination card to [email protected].

Bring documentation

  • Individuals who wish to receive the Pfizer or Moderna booster must show proof of their previous two-dose COVID-19 vaccinations to ensure that six months have lapsed between their second dose and booster.
  • Appropriate COVID-19 vaccination documentation includes the CDC issued vaccination card with date and product of first and second dose or MyChart documentation printed or displayed through the mobile app.
  • Please note:  if appropriate documentation of previous COVID-19 vaccination is not provided, the booster dose cannot be administered.
