CEO Update | Hearing from our team in London

CEO Update | Hearing from our team in London

Fellow caregivers,

As a global family, we have all experienced this pandemic in different ways.

In London, our team has been working hard to complete our new hospital. They quickly adjusted to COVID-19 and have since taken a leadership role in their community.

Today, I am joined by Dr. Brian Donley, CEO of Cleveland Clinic London. Watch our discussion in the video above.

The pandemic has only been with us a few short months, and yet there are many lessons to be learned.

It is clear that we have never been more connected as One Cleveland Clinic family.

Thank you for your support,

Dr. Mijahlevic | Cleveland Clinic

Tom Mihaljevic, MD
CEO and President

All business travel restricted through 2020

All business travel restricted through 2020

This is a critical time for our organization. As we continue reactivating services, we must manage our finances with extra diligence and continue to protect all caregivers.

As part of this, we are restricting all meeting or business travel for professional staff and employees, unless considered critical to our mission, for the remainder of 2020. This restriction includes trips that may have been paid for by a sponsoring organization, as well as travel for speaking engagements.

For your safety, and the safety of your patients and colleagues, you are encouraged not to attend any in-person meetings. If you do choose to attend using vacation time, please note that meeting expenses, books, journals and other Continuing Medical Education (CME) materials will not be covered.

The rare potential exceptions to these policies must be discussed with and approved by your respective Executive Team member.
