Visitation level orange expands in Ohio and Florida July 1
our feedback on visitation guidelines’ impact on patients and their families has been valuable. As we continue to monitor COVID-19 trends in our communities, some of our visitation restrictions are being reduced.
Starting Thursday, July 1, Cleveland Clinic locations in Ohio and Florida will allow two visitors per day for each patient in all settings. This includes patients who are confirmed to have COVID-19. Visitors need not be the same individuals each day.
Note: This changes the definition of our level orange visitation guidelines. Locations in Ohio and Florida remain in level orange at this time. View this updated flyer for more details.
- All visitors must wear a mask, symptom screen and sanitize their hands upon entering our facilities. Visitation guidelines are subject to change if safe physical distancing isn’t possible.
- Visitation hours will remain 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. each day.
- Caregivers should continue to consider compassionate exceptions for all patients.
Please remove all previous level orange visitation signage and flyers from your facilities starting July 1. Information about new signage will be communicated to the appropriate contact(s) at each location.
Thank you for your concern for the well-being of our patients and their families and for supporting our efforts to keep our facilities safe.
