Caregiver vaccines at NA building on main campus through March 4

Caregivers can receive their first, second or booster COVID-19 vaccine on main campus at our indoor location inside the Lerner Building (NA) at 9620 Carnegie Ave. on the first floor commons, garden side through Friday, March 4.

Vaccines are available Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 4 p.m. No appointment necessary, walk-ins are welcome.

Last chance for Moderna boosters

It is now recommended that individuals receive a booster dose of Moderna at least five months following the primary series. Eligible caregivers who wish to receive a Moderna booster must do so by Jan. 31.

Beginning Feb. 1, 2022, Cleveland Clinic will only be offering Pfizer COVID-19 vaccines in our Ohio locations.

If individuals are interested in receiving a Moderna vaccine or booster outside of Cleveland Clinic, they can visit gettheshot.coronavirus.ohio.gov to find a location that offers the product near them.

Speak up if you are immunocompromised

Occupational Health will not ask a caregiver if they are immunosuppressed or immunocompromised. If you have a compromised immune system and wish to receive a third dose of Moderna to complete their initial series, please alert the individual administering your vaccine as the dose is different.

Complete before you go

Prior to visiting NA or another Occupational Health location in Ohio, caregivers should complete the COVID-19 Vaccination Survey in ReadySet. If your information is not accurate in ReadySet, you can email a photo of your Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination card to [email protected].

Bring documentation

  • Caregivers who wish to receive the Pfizer or Moderna booster must show proof of their previous two-dose COVID-19 vaccinations to ensure that five months have lapsed between their second dose and booster.
  • Appropriate COVID-19 vaccination documentation includes the CDC-issued vaccination card with date and product of first and second dose or MyChart documentation printed or displayed through the mobile app.
  • Please note: if appropriate documentation of previous COVID-19 vaccination is not provided, the booster dose cannot be administered.

Get your vaccine dose where and when you can

If main campus is not convenient, caregivers and patients are able to schedule their booster through MyChart or by calling 216.448.4117 to set up time at any of our vaccination locations. Our schedulers are available Tuesday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Caregivers may receive COVID-19 vaccines and a booster dose at any available location, including local retail pharmacies.

Parking information

Caregivers without assigned parking at main campus will receive a voucher to park in any of the garages while they receive their COVID-19 vaccine. (Note: the voucher will not apply to the Walker parking garage.)

Local Occupational Health locations

Beginning March 7, caregivers who wish to receive a Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine or booster can do so at Occupational Health locations throughout Ohio.
