Where can I go for my COVID-19 vaccine?
To be in compliance with the federal COVID-19 vaccine mandate released by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), caregivers must be fully vaccinated by Jan. 4, 2022.
If you are receiving a two-dose vaccine (Pfizer or Moderna), then you must get the first dose by Dec. 6, 2021 and the second dose by Jan. 4, 2022. If you are receiving the one-dose Johnson & Johnson vaccine it needs to be completed by Dec. 6, 2021.
We have COVID-19 vaccine supply throughout Ohio. Caregivers are encouraged to receive their COVID-19 vaccines at any available location including local retail pharmacies such as Walgreens, CVS or other chains.
