Walk-in COVID-19 vaccine appointments available for Ohio caregivers at Occupational Health locations
Starting Monday, June 14, the Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine will be available for caregivers at Occupational Health locations in Ohio.
No appointment is necessary. Walk-ins are welcome up to 2 p.m. during normal Occupational Health clinic operating hours.

- Avon Hospital
- CCAC
- Euclid Hospital
- Fairview Hospital
- Hillcrest Hospital
- Lutheran Hospital
- Main campus
- Marymount Hospital
- Medina Hospital
- South Pointe Hospital

Vaccinations at Occupational Health locations are for caregivers only. Caregivers should complete their COVID-19 immunization survey in Readyset ahead of receiving their first dose.
If the first vaccine dose was received at another location, caregivers may receive the second dose at Occupational Health but must have their Centers for Disease Control and Prevention vaccination card as proof of their first dose.
