As the COVID-19 vaccine has become more widely available, Cleveland Clinic has expanded vaccine locations for caregivers and patients.

Currently, we are offering both the Pfizer vaccine and the Johnson & Johnson vaccine at various locations across Ohio.

  • Contractors, vendors and patients can schedule an appointment at any of our vaccine clinics throughout Ohio using MyChart or by calling 216.448.4117, 9 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesday – Friday.

Pfizer reminders

Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian or provide written consent from their parent or guardian in order to receive the Pfizer vaccine.

After receiving their first dose of the Pfizer vaccine, patients can schedule a nurse visit to receive their second dose as a follow up appointment.

Additionally, patients with their Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) vaccination card, who need to complete the series, may receive the second dose of the Pfizer vaccine during a primary care appointment. Caregivers can bring their CDC vaccination card to an Occupational Health location listed above to receive their second dose.
