- 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup vegetable soup
- 1 medium pear
Snack:
- 1 Nature Valley® hard granola bar
Dinner:
- 3 oz. Atlantic salmon fillet, broiled
- 1 cup brown rice
- 1 cup steamed broccoli
- 2 tsp. trans-fatty acid free margarine
- 1 whole-wheat roll
- 4 oz. nonfat chocolate-vanilla swirl pudding
