Christina Henrich

Christina M. Henrich MSN, RN, ACNS-BC, a Robert Wood Johnson Foundation Future of Nursing Scholar, is a board-certified adult clinical nurse specialist in orthopaedics at Cleveland Clinic main campus. She is currently a PhD student at the Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Henrich brings more than a decade of nursing experience to her role and has spent most of her career within the specialty of medical-surgical nursing. Her vast clinical experience encompasses both orthopaedic and neuroscience nursing. In her current role, she provides oversight and guidance for a 36-bed orthopaedic nursing unit.

Prior to joining Cleveland Clinic in 2012, Henrich was a staff nurse at both Akron General Hospital in Akron, Ohio, and Parma Community General Hospital in Parma, Ohio. Within the Cleveland Clinic health system, she is a member of the Main Campus Nursing Practice Council. Additionally, she holds industry association memberships with the Midwest Nursing Research Society.

Throughout her career, Henrich has presented and spoken in a variety of settings such as Cleveland Clinic’s Primary Care Update for Nursing through the U.S. Department of State. She is experienced in developing and presenting educational materials for large and small groups in a classroom or an in-service setting. Henrich is currently serving as the co-chair for the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus Nursing Policy & Procedure Committee and the Cleveland Clinic Enterprise Medical-Surgical Nursing Certification Review Course.
