Ventricular Assist Device Implantation Survival

Continuous Flow Left Ventricular Assist Device, Post-Implant Survival

January 2006 — December 2018

The STS Interagency Registry for Mechanically Assisted Circulatory Support (INTERMACS) is a registry for patients with mechanical circulatory support devices. Compared with INTERMACS data, the survival rates for Cleveland Clinic patients with continuous flow LVADs were better than expected.
