Biography

Natacha Duke (nee Wood) is a Registered Psychotherapist with Cleveland Clinic Canada’s Executive Health program. Ms. Duke obtained an undergraduate degree in psychology from York University, before going on to complete her Masters in Counselling Psychology at McGill University. She is a registered member with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Ms. Duke completed her clinical training at McGill’s Psycho-educational and Counselling Clinic in Montreal. She has held several counselling positions in post-secondary institutions including the University of Toronto, York University and Marianopolis College, and completed research assistantships at the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health and Baycrest Hospital. She also has experience providing motor vehicle accident assessments and treatment for an independent private practice in Toronto.

Ms. Duke provides individual counselling services to adults who are looking for help with stress management, anxiety, depression, sleep, relationships, and career development. She also provides smoking cessation counselling and has earned a Certificate in Intensive Tobacco Cessation Counselling through University of Toronto’s Faculty of Medicine and the Centre for Addiction and Mental Health.

Her approach to counselling draws on several treatment models including cognitive- behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, mindfulness meditation and emotion-focused techniques.

In her free time, Ms. Duke enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter, attending the ballet, practicing yoga and travelling.
