The Movin’ Crew will get you moving this winter!

Lead by Cleveland Clinic Children’s Therapists, this group offers children ages 5-12 the opportunity to participate in a walking club! Children can be ambulatory (walking independently) or use a device (arm canes, walker, self-propelled wheelchair).

The Movin’ Crew will be given a brief pre and post assessment so that over the course of the 6-week program, we can monitor improvements. Weekly introductory ice-breakers will help the participants develop a sense of belonging to this crew.

Our goal is for the children to enjoy this simple yet fun wellness activity alongside their peers. The benefits of walking are countless - come join us and get movin’!
