Session 3: April 10 - May 15
Tai Chi Balance is designed to reduce the fear and likelihood of falling, increase range of motion, stop the fear of falling cycle and improve activity levels of older adults. The program combines techniques from Tai Chi movement that focus on strengthening muscles of the ankles, knees, hips and legs.
This class, taught by Michael Stadul, is suitable for all ages and abilities.
Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes.
