Tai Chi Ch’uan (Tai Chi) is a classical form of Chinese exercise characterized by slow, gentle rhythmic movements of ancient martial arts origin. Graceful movements promote physical fitness, flexibility and  improved health. Studies have shown that people who practice regularly can reduce their risk of falling by one third to one half (1). In addition, Tai Chi has been shown to relieve symptoms of arthritis(2), relieve stress and improve cardiovascular performance(3).

Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes when participating in the class.

Your instructor, Michael W. Stadul, is a first generation student of Tom Huang. He has been teaching the Wu style Tai Chi form as well as other health related practices since 1986.
