Provider does not provide standard of care

Reviewed on Oct 6, 2023

Didn't address her ongoing diarrhea for weeks. Said everything was clear but then her infection got so bad, we were back in the office in a few days for antibiotic. Did not feel like she cared, or paid much attention to detail. Also didn't offer to print discharge papers. I sat in room waiting then walked out to find her eating her lunch & looking at chart of a different patient.
