I needed a well visit and had two prior cancellations so I drove a bit to go to Dr. Betka. I didn't plan on coming back, but I really felt comfortable with him and will use him as my primary physician.

My experience in appointment with Dr. Jeff was Very nice he was very respectful courtesy and very understanding he explained things very clearly . I had no trouble finding his office everything was very good the people downstairs were very good I was greeted at the door when I first walked in and was helped right away. And I had no waiting around.

He explained who he was and why I was seeing him and he was very respectful explain to me my chart in my blood test and was great the whole Time I was there he made sure I was comfortable and explain to me the blood test what was good what was bad what I needed to do and what not to do.

I would definitely go back to see Eric Batka. He took his time with me to listen and explain things. He even followed up to see how I was feeling. I have never had a care provider so that before so I really felt he cared.

I'm very happy with my experience being treated by Eric to this point and see no reason to seek care from anyone else! He is exceptionally personable and impressively knowledgeable. I've never felt more secure and comfortable with a health care provider!
