The care provider was a PA trainee. She did an outstanding job in all of the above areas, however I would have liked to have been informed of the change in care giver prior to my appointment.

I had AFib and it took three weeks to get me treated and only because I went to the ER. I had to continually call to get information and prompt attention to my test results before my admission. Follow up from the hospital visit to other doctors was very slow so I accepted an appointment with a PA instead just to get my medical update. She was thorough, but not a cardiologist.

I didn't actually meet with Pollina Englehardt, but the individual I did see was excellent. I did look forward to meeting Pollina as I have not met her before, but I understand scheduling with her was the issue. I have always been satisfied with my dealings at Cleveland Clinic, and I thank them very much for excellent care.

Dr. Engelhardt and Dr Nakhla explaind the procedure with the patients needed to calm my "white coat phobia". If I had met these people earlier I would not have waited six years to correct what I now know is a very serious condition. I have great respect for all of your staff in these very troubled times. Polina is a wonderful asset for the Clinic and Dr. Kanj. I feel confident that I'm receiving top notch treatment as if I were sitting with Dr. Kanj. Polina answers all my questions and makes me feel that my health concerns/problems are Important to her. I'm happy to have her handle my quarterly appointments... I know I'm getting the best care from the department. A great and comfortable feeling.

You don't ask for the provider's knowledge. Her knowledge and her diagnosis are more Important to me. Most of your other questions are just what I expect from a care provider. They are the minimum requirements in my judgment.
