She was great! I asked her to show the exam room to my husband and explain the procedure to him as he needs to have his hearing tested, too, and she did even though I know she was busy (she never showed it).

I live about an hour plus away from the Doctors that I needed to see and the scheduler worked very hard to get me to both places ( Strongsville and Westlake on the same day on a very short notice. Greatly appreciated
