William Nageotte has always been very clear and concise in his advice, recommendations and replies. He has always been very responsive in his replies to questions in MyChart. He and Dr. Molloy have a unified approach in their surgical and post-surgery care.

The PA was very matter a fact with very little compassion. Started out with what questions do you have putting the onus on me to drive the knee replacement conversation. Much of what I said he criticized to the point he said "I don't mean to criticize you". Still, he must be good at what he does to treat patients that way.

I always seem to have some random questions just trying to understand and educate myself more with my conditions. Bill is always informative, explains things in detail and doesn't talk down to me or be condescending that I don't always understand everything. I appreciate him and his kindness.
