Was very pleased with Kelsey McCracken's knowledge of my medical condition, she I ordered an X-ray of my lower back and within. A day reviewed the X-ray and sent me a message on my chart about explanation of the results. I was very pleased.

I received no description or details of my condition at the hospital I was taken to at the time of my accident in WV. Dr Kelsey took the time to show me the x-ray and described everything.

I have met and seen other spinal and pain specialists. Kelsey Is the best! Kelsey Is very thorough, and great listener. I never felt rushed, she answered all my questions and reviewed x-rays and MRI's during past in person visits.

I liked Kelsey better than my surgeon. She prescribed gabapentin which is helping to manage my pain. She also offered to help me obtain future treatments that may be needed.

Kelsey is a fantastic PA. She is very professional in her manner, yet approachable and friendly. I am in pain almost continuously and she understands and does not denigrate. She explains everything in a professional manner, yet in a way a layperson can understand.she is conservative in her use of drugs
