Biographical Sketch

Titte Srinivas, MD, is an Associate Staff Member in the Department of Nephrology and Hypertension at the Glickman Urological and Kidney Institute. His research interests include clinicopathologic correlation of transplant renal pathology, kidney and pancreas transplant outcomes, hyperuricemia and hypertension in African Americans, and atherosclerotic renal artery disease.

Dr. Srinivas earned his medical degree from Jawaharial Institute of Post Graduate Medical Education and Research in Pondicherry, India.

He completed an internship and residency in internal medicine at Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY, as well was a nephrology fellowship at Saint Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital Center in New York.

Dr. Srinivas is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine with additional certification in nephrology. He is also a member of several professional societies, including Alachua County Medical Society, American Medical Association, Florida Medical Association, American Society of Nephrology and the American Society of Transplantation.

Dr. Srinivas has received past grant support for his research in renal and kidney transplant, among other studies. He has also published many articles in peer-reviewed journals on topics such as nephrology, transplantation proceedings and drug monitoring.
