Biographical Sketch
Darryl Miller, MD, FACC, is a Staff Physician in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine. Initially appointed in 2007 to the Cleveland Clinic Heart and Vascular Institute, located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic. He subsequently transferred to Cleveland Clinic Florida.
Dr. Miller was a Chief Fellow in Cardiology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland where he completed his cardiology fellowship. He was also appointed Chief Resident in Internal Medicine at Case Western Reserve University. He is a board-certified Diplomate in Cardiovascular Disease by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He is also board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and the Certification Board of Nuclear Cardiology. His special interests include echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Miller received his medical degree from the University of Cape Town Faculty of Medicine, Cape Town, South Africa. He is licensed to practice medicine in Ohio and Florida.
He is a member of the American College of Cardiology and the American College of Physicians. He has received the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society award, the Willard A. Bernbaum Award and the University of Cape Town Union Scholarship, among others.
