Biographical Sketch
Marc Shapiro, MD, was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended medical school at the Medical College of Ohio in Toledo. He completed his internal medicine training at Emory University in Atlanta, Ga., and earned his board certification in internal medicine in 2001. Dr. Shapiro completed his specialty training in medical oncology and hematology at Fox Chase Cancer Center and Temple University in Philadelphia, Pa. He is now a Staff member in the Department of Solid Tumor Oncology at Cleveland Clinic.
Dr. Shapiro's clinical interests include the treatment of lung, breast, gastrointestinal and occult cancers.
