Biographical Sketch
Ted Raddell, Ph.D., is an Associate Staff Member in the Department of Psychiatry and Psychology at the Cleveland Clinic’s main campus. He is also an Associate Staff Member in the Department of Psychology at the Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center. His specialty interests include trauma recovery, mood and anxiety disorders, health psychology, marital therapy, stress management, parenting issues, and co-dependency.
Prior to joining the Cleveland Clinic in 2006, Dr. Raddell was a Counseling Psychologist, Co-founder and Psychotherapist in group practice at Spectrum Psychological Associates, Inc.
Dr. Raddell earned his doctorate in counseling psychology from the University of Akron in Akron Ohio. He completed an internship with the Alexandria Mental Health Center in Alexandria, Va. He also completed a residency with Lake Hospital System, Inc. located in Mentor, Ohio. He was Program Manager for the Pain Rehabilitation Program.
He often conducts workshops and seminars for the general public, as well as for Cleveland Clinic Employees on topics such as stress management, dealing with difficult customers, work/life balance, strengthening relationships and coping with trauma, among others.
