Biographical Sketch
Jacalyn Hazen, MD, is a Pediatrician at the Cleveland Clinic Beachwood Family Health and Surgery Center. Dr. Hazen received her medical degree from Washington University School of Medicine in 1985. She is board-certified by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Dr. Hazen has special interest in general pediatrics, adolescent gynecology and menstrual disorders and in adolescent eating disorders.
