Biographical Sketch

Rishi Gupta, MD, is a Staff Member of the Cerebrovascular Center in the Departments of Neurology and Neurosurgery, as well as a Staff Member of the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at the Cleveland Clinic’s main campus. His specialty interests include ischemic stroke, hemorrhagic stroke, cerebral aneurysms, AVM's, dural AV fistulas, carotid artery stenosis, intracranial stenosis, spinal AVM's, epistaxis, and preoperative tumor embolization.

Dr. Gupta earned his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, Tenn. He completed an internship at the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Las Vegas, Nev. He also completed a residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia Presbyterian Campus in New York as well as fellowships at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio and the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center in Pittsburg, Penn.

He has published a number of articles on topics in neurocritical care and neuroimaging, among many others.
