Biographical Sketch
Richard Lorber, MD, has a joint appointment in pediatrics and cardiovascular medicine at Cleveland Clinic main campus and at the Fetal Echocardiography Outreach Clinics at Fairview and Hillcrest Hospitals. Dr. Lorber is board-certified in pediatrics and pediatric cardiology. His clinical interests include echocardiography (fetal and transesophageal imaging), hyperlipidemia and adult congenital heart disease.
Dr. Lorber received his undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany, N.Y., and his medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, Wis. He completed his residency at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, Mass., and a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at the Children's Memorial Hospital in Chicago. He also completed a fellowship in noninvasive imaging at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City.
