Biographical Sketch
Alan M. Weiss, MD, MBA was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He attended the University of Michigan, where is majored in computer science and philosophy after which he worked for Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis, Ind, as an information systems analyst. His work at the company helped stimulate his interest in medicine.
Dr. Weiss earned both his MD and MBA from Case Western Reserve University. His MBA had a double-concentration on Health Care Management and the Management of Information Systems. He attended the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical in Baltimore, Md., for his internal medicine residency, and he has been on staff since 2001.
