Biographical Sketch
Michael Millstein, MD, is a Staff Ophthalmologist in the Department of Ophthalmology, located on the main campus of Cleveland Clinic. He was appointed in 1999 subsequent to serving as a partner in a private practice, Group Ophthalmology Practice, Eye Associates, LLC.
Dr. Millstein is board-certified in ophthalmology. His special interests include glaucoma, cataracts and LASIK laser vision correction.
Dr. Millstein received his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, followed by a transitional internship at Mount Sinai Hospital of Cleveland, and a residency in ophthalmology at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio.
He has co-authored several articles and presented ophthalmic information to peers in the United States as well as Canada and Mexico. He received the Senior with the Highest Academic Record award from Case Western Reserve University, and the Senior with the Best Performance in Chemistry award from the Lubrizol Corporation. He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the Cleveland Ophthalmology Society, among others.
