Biographical Sketch
Cynthia White, Psy.D., is Section Head of Behavioral Health Services at Cleveland Clinic Westlake Family Health Center, and she is Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine.
She is a clinical health psychologist with experience in a variety of medical settings. She has been program director at the Lorain Community Hospital Pain Rehabilitation Center and the St. Luke's Hospital Pain Management Program, and she has served with the Marymount Hospital Sleep Disorders Program.
Dr. White has been with the Cleveland Clinic Westlake Family Health Center since 1997, specializing in depression, anxiety and stress-aggravated medical problems, including fibromyalgia, insomnia, headache, obesity and irritable bowel syndrome.
She has served as president of the Ohio Psychological Association and the Cleveland Academy of Consulting Psychologists, she was a member of the American Psychological Association Task Force on Quality Assurance in Hospitals.
