Everyone was top notch professional. The appointment schedulers worked hard to get me a quick appointment. The staff from intake to X-ray to scheduling was excellent. The doctor saw me quickly, I didn't wait 5 minutes. He explained the X-rays in layman's terms and we discussed options. Upon agreeing on a treatment, the doctor completed the procedure and explained what may happen. I could not have been more pleased.

My doctor always takes care of me whether I like it or not and that's what I like about her. She's straightforward and tells you how it is. You better keep her.

Only addressed one issue when I had multiple I wanted to get addressed. Now I have to make another appointment for my left wrist since (for whatever reason) he didn't seem to care about having numbness in my hand for two weeks.

This was my 2 year check up for a left hip resurfacing. Mr. Golnick is my PA. Dr. Brooks was my surgeon. Good men and a great team. Gave me my life back.

Philip Golnick is an excellent representative of orthopaedics and the Cleveland Clinic. There is also a well organized team of healthcare providers who share the workload of managing me and probably other patients there.
