The doctor was excellent! He informed himself about David's health issues before coming into the room. He was very personable and showed deep concern for what David was going through with his approaching surgeries. He spent a good amount of time asking questions, answering questions, and reassuring David about his choice to go forward with the surgeries. Wonderful man and incredible doctor!

We were extremely pleased with Dr. Menon. We met with him twice over two days and he was very patient in explaining my condition and his respective recommendations. He showed great interest in understanding my problem, which is not as straightforward as most, and explained the next steps in treatment and the associated risks of my condition. We have already recommended Cleveland Clinic to others based on our experience in the Virtual 2nd Opinion experience and our follow up appointments withDr. Menon.

Dr. Menon is such a gentle man, very caring. He listens carefully and goes over my BP readings thoughtfully. He listened to my heart for a long time not just a quick precursory listen. He also has a warm sense of humor. He had on a suit and I said My, you look really nice today. Without a beat, he answered, I did it just for you! He knows we like to travel and often asks about ant trip we are planning. My husband usually comes with me, and Dr.Menon includes him in any questions, too. He always takes time to look over past testing and compare past echos. He is very thorough. I feel safe with him taking care of me.
